This fantastic year-round Lake George Region vacation rental cottage offers picturesque views and great access to a non-shared waterfront dock on a lake that ranks one of the highest in water quality in New York state.  The updated, two tiered docking complex, with built in sandbox and hot tub overlooks pristine Lake Hadlock with shallow swimming entry.  Enjoy all the lake has to offer with a relaxing ride on our canoe, kayak or paddle board.  Bring your boat or jet ski!  The cottage is nestled in the southern tip of the Adirondack mountains, a quick drive from NYC, CT, MA, NJ, PA and VT.  Enjoy northern living with gorgeous sunrises and shaded evening meals!

The newly renovated smoke free cottage features two bedrooms - one with queen bed, the other with a twin over full size bunk beds, living room, stocked kitchen, one full bath with tankless hot water heater, four season enclosed porch, sunroom, A/C, 2 gas grills - one outside the cottage/the other dockside, bedding, linens, bath towels, lake towels, paper products, flatscreen TV, cable, WIFI, Roku, Wii, Bose wireless speaker, lots of board games, and back up generator.  A hot tub is located dockside and open from April to November.  Lakeside fire pit. Canoe, two kayaks and stand up paddle board also dockside. Private parking.
